Establishing employee resource groups can also facilitate connections among employees.

Psychological assessments contribute to inclusiveness by identifying biases, focusing on personality-based evaluation, providing individualized support and infrormation for tailoring training programs to address specific needs. By integrating these activities and leveraging psychological assessments, organizations can foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace.

Case Alex: Negative Organization Culture with Made Worse With Inclusiveness
